Anniversary of TEPMUS – project!

October 15th, 2013 – Ukraine, Kharkiv, KNURE, OSTPC. Anniversary of TEPMUS – project!

What our team has done during this year:

1. Visit the Tempus Office (Brussels) to attend an official grantholders meeting. Questions about the arrangement for the project have been considered.

2. Developed and signed a Memorandum between the Tempus-project participants from Ukraine, the EU and Grantholder project.

3. A range of work on the translation and registration of the project in the executive branch (the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade ), the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine (Kiev), the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Tempus Office in Ukraine.

4. Approved and signed by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine equipment procurement plans for OSTPC opening and other outsourcing centers in Ukraine (in Universities-partners).

5. All project partners participated in the meeting, presentations of project (kick-off meeting in Klagenfurt, Austria). Each partner has developed and posted on the information resource of the project presented its features.

6. Drawn up and signed by all project participants a detailed work plan in accordance with the design documentation (for kick-off meeting in Klagenfurt, Austria).

7. Drawn up and signed by all participants in the project document with the general requirements of the Integrated Information System (IIS) (at kick-off meeting in Klagenfurt, Austria).

8. In the framework of the objectives of the project carried out surveys of students, using questionnaires designed by KNURE.

9. As part of the sustainability of the project to develop a questionnaire for the survey companies – potential consumers of IT services – outsourcing, 2 workshops with businesses in the region of Kharkov (Kharkov Chamber of Commerce , KNURE, LTD ” Malibu Sport”).

10. Carried out to develop an alpha-version of the main document of the project “Innovative hybrid IT-strategy – outsourcing partnerships with businesses .”

11. Implemented development “Methodology for the implementation of the project strategy IHSITOP” in its static part – the development of an organizational structure.

12. Organized and held an unscheduled meeting of the project participants from Ukraine to discuss the current situation and develop a plan for future joint actions (the meeting was held in KNURE 15.01.2013 ).

13. Signed a tripartite agreement for the supply of equipment for the project and for KNURE and CSTU.

14. Developed, agreed and signed the University order establishing the Outsourcing scientific training and production Center (OSTPC) on the basis of KNURE.

15. Key figures from the project from KNURE participated in a coordination meeting in Hamburg.

16. Carried out to develop a common methodology for the management of human resources and relations with enterprises in the framework of the Tempus project. Conducted coordination with the content of the methodology together with Obuda University and the Alpen- Adria University, partners of project.

17. The opening of university science teaching – the manufacturing center of IT outsourcing in KHNURE the project – TEMPUS.

18. Ist International scientific-practical conference “International experience in IT-outsourcing. Cooperation between enterprises and universities” (ICCUBITO 2013, June 18-19, 2013 , KNURE ) was held.

19. Monitored the project by the National Tempus Office in Ukraine. The Monitoring Committee has confirmed that the current project Tempus is relevant and beneficial for all
partners. The project has great potential for implementation in various sectors of the economy in addition to the IT market.

20. September 6-8, 2013, KNURE, OSTPC. The OSTPC center , KNURE in framework of the TEMPUS- project conference was held within the framework of the cooperation of enterprises fitness – Industry (initiated by the project partner LTD ” Malibu Sport” ) and universities (represented by KNURE) – «IT- outsourcing in fitness industry”.
