As part of the dissemination of the results of TEMPUS project IHSITOP on basis of the OSTPC center, KNURE from 7 November 2014 was successfully launched a series of free training seminars conducted by leading experts in IT-industry for the listeners of the OSTPC center.
The first one was training on the theme “Visualization of the company’s brand.” As participants were tested and selected the students from KNURE and KNUE.
The main issues discussed at the training: What is trademarks, Brands and TM. Logo. Types of the logos. The concept of the visual image. The main visual attributes of the brand. The system of visual identification. The basic normative documents: brand book, logo-book, guide-line, cut-guide.
The attraction of this event was that all the training participants were divided into teams in purpose to implement the real tasks of developing of the brand of a particular company, followed by a discussion of the results and “work on the bugs”.
As tasks the participants were asked to create a logo concept and its sketch. To develop the corporate blank. To develop elements of the presentation package: folders, notebooks, envelopes, business cards.
The training was conducted by Natalia Vladimirova, the expert on branding, the director of advertising agency.
