Round  table  was  initiated  by  KNURE and  supported  by  KCCI  and  its  walls  round table  on  the  theme  “Development  IToutsourcing  in  companies  of  Kharkiv  region” involving  companies  of  Kharkiv  region  and participants  Tempus  project.  The  main  idea was  to  discuss  the  implementation  of  the hybrid  strategy  of  partnership  between Ukrainian  universities  and  enterprises  by involving  the  European  experience  of  IToutsourcing.  Prof.  Bilous  Nataliya  noted the relevance of the idea of the project, the results of which will increase the level of students’ practical training on the one hand, and to the enterprise as a financial and economic benefits from the use of IT-services outsourcing in the project.

About its  experience with IT-outsourcing services shared with representatives of the head of the  LTD  “Malibu  Sport”  Chorniy  Dmytro. According  to  him,  apart  from  the  economic feasibility  of  starting  the  project  has important  social  value  –  providing  young boys mastering the profession, opportunities have  a  good  practice,  to feel  your level and demand,  and,  importantly,  to  have  in  the future  additional  income.  At  the  event, discussed  the  prospects  of  IT-outsourcing center,  scheduled  to  open  in  June  2013  in KNURE within Tempus project, as well as opportunities for collaboration and partnerships between businesses and Ukrainian universities.

Representatives of enterprises in  Kharkov  region have expressed interest in starting the project, its goals and objectives, and expressed readiness to cooperate with the future of IT-outsourcing center. At the end of the round  table  enterprise representatives  were  invited  to  undergo  questioning  to  get  an  idea  on  the  actual  tasks needed by the companies  using the services of IT-outsourcing. The roundtable participants exchanged contact information and expressed hope for fruitful cooperation in the future.
